We will gladly refund any item purchased directly from simplehuman.com for a period of 45 days from receipt. However, we are only able to accept returns on items purchased directly from simplehuman.com. We ship returns via FedEx.

NOTE: All monogrammed and personalized products are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
